What are your prices?
Pricing is the most frequently asked question, but it is also the hardest to answer in general terms. This is why you don't find pricing listed on most printer's websites. Every order is unique and pricing is going to vary based on many variables. Please email us for a customized quote! We are super responsive and will get you the information you need in a timely manner! info@threaded.ink
What are your minimums?
We do not have minimums! You can order just 1 shirt! Of course you're going to get the best price point on larger orders, but we want to be able to serve everyone. Anything under 25 qty is going to be done as DFT (Direct to Film Transfer). These are a very durable heat press application. Don't confuse this with your standard vinyl, Cricut type tranfer. DFTs are extremely durable and won't start peeling off after the first wash like vinyl will!
How long will it take?
The turnaround time for an order can vary depending on the size of the order, the complexity of the design, and the type of item being printed. It can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.
What are the artwork requirements?
For screen printing, the artwork should be provided in a vector format such as .ai, .eps, or .pdf. If we receive a file in any other format that requires us to do additional design work, there will be design fees.
For DFTs (Direct to Film Transfers) we can use almost any file type, including .png. It should have a transparent background and the resolution should be at least 300dpi. Again, if we have to do any design edits, there will be design fees.
Can I provide my own garments?
As a general rule, we would rather provide you the garment blanks we print on. This way we have control over the kinds of fabrics we know perform well depending on the application. In the event we have a misprint, we are able to source the items quickly to make the order complete. Exceptions can be made, but we do charge a handling fee if you provide the garments.
